The second in a series of three 1-hour projects, this lino-cut and drawing exercise turned out excellently. The students were given a small piece of linoleum and were asked to carve only circles and lines. After printing in a random spot on the piece of paper, they were given a thin black pen, a thick permanent marker, and a ruler. Their job was to fill the entire page with abstract designs. Can you tell where the linoleum print is?
